Abstract
The present invention provides a wound healing material and a preparation method thereof. The wound healing material provided by the invention is a hydrogel type wound healing material formed by chitosan, gamma-polyglutamic acid and heparin by electrostatic interaction, wherein the mass percent ratio of chitosan to gamma-polyglutamic acid to heparin is 2.94 to (1.03-1.86) to (0.20-1.03). The wound healing material both has good hygroscopicity and excellent mechanical properties. Moreover, the preparation method is simple and convenient, and the practicability is strong. The hydrogel type wound healing material prepared by the method provided by the invention has good biological compatibility and drug carrying ability, as well as stronger mechanical strength. Besides being applied to wound dressing, the wound healing material can also be applied to tissue engineering scaffold materials for cartilage repair, drug carriers and other aspects, thereby having a broad application prospect.
