Abstract
A water-soluble polylactic acid used for the scaffold or filler in tissue engineering is prepared through dissolving polylactic acid in methylpyrrolidone to obtain solution A, dissolving cyclodextrin in methylpyrrolidone to obtain solution B, mixing A with B, stirring while heating, ultrasonic treating, cooling, ultra-filtering or dialysis to water for removing free cyclodextrin and solvent, and drying. It has high biocompatibility.
