Abstract
The invention discloses vegetable tannin frozen hydrogel capable of being used for tissue engineering as well as a preparation method and application of the vegetable tannin frozen hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing a vegetable tannin aqueous solution and an N,N-dimethylacrylamide aqueous solution; mixing the vegetable tannin aqueous solution and the N,N-dimethylacrylamide aqueous solution, and then adding a crosslinking agent in a mixture; adding an initiator aqueous solution in a reaction system; pouring the solution in a die, and placing the die in a low-temperature reaction kettle to carry out reaction; taking out the die from the low-temperature reaction kettle, and melting to obtain the frozen hydrogel. The preparation method is simple in operation technology and mild in implementation condition; and the prepared frozen hydrogel is good in biocompatibility and can be adhered with various cells on the surface.
