Abstract
The invention discloses a vascularization-like artificial tissue and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering. The method uses a glycerol aqueous solutionand low-temperature gel containing freeze-dried cells to construct a stable microporous organ tissue model; after the model is subjected to overall resuscitation, pluripotent endothelial progenitor cells are introduced to construct a microcirculation environment; the model is incubated as a whole to obtain an organ tissue analog having a basic physiological structure and a typical physiological function; and subsequently, a culture method simulating a natural physiological environment is employed to obtain the vascularization-like artificial tissue.
