Valve tissue built through tissue engineering

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomedical engineering, and particularly relates to a valve tissue built through the tissue engineering. An acellular dermis matrix is adopted as a biodegradable bracket material for the valve tissue, a vascular endothelial cell and a fibroblast are extracted to serve as seed cells, and the seed cells are cultured and passaged to be planted on the biodegradable bracket material to obtain a tissue engineering valve. The biodegradable bracket material disclosed by the invention is good in biocompatibility, easy to plant cells and can keep the natural structure and the tissue strength of a normal tissue. The tissue engineering valve disclosed by the invention is a living tissue which has a normal valve tissue structure and can be updated and repaired by self. The valve tissue does not have antigenicity and cannot cause immunological rejection reaction.
