Abstract

Use of crosslinked collagen of aquatic origin is claimed, to prepare supports for tissue engineering. An Independent claim is included for biomaterial in the form of reconstituted conjunctive tissue prepared from collagen, containing cells obtained from young subjects or from aged subjects, suitable for use in the study of tissue ageing and the effectiveness of active ingredients on the ageing process.
