Abstract
The invention provides a use method for a compound core-spun electrostatic spinning sprayer. The used sprayer is composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe. The operation steps include: 1) cleaning inner and outer surfaces of the inner pipe and the outer pipe according to the property of the solution applied to experiment; 2) filling the feed liquid in the inner pipe and the outer pipe, starting a liquid supply system for the inner pipe and starting the liquid supply system for the outer pipe, and vice versa; 3) setting parameters of electrifying spinning; 4) after the spinning ending, cleaning the inner pipe and the outer pipe, drying and standing by. The use method has the beneficial effects that the mixing electrostatic spinning for the solutions containing two or more than two different components can be realized; a great convenience is supplied for processing the multifunctional chemical fiber materials with a nuclear shell structure and a porous structure; the use method can be widely applied to the fields of drug slow release, tissue engineering, drug carrier, and the like; the user can operate according to a single-needle sprayer; the operation technique is simple.
