23 Jul Urethra tissue engineering scaffold and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a urethra tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold contains two materials in content: 0.01-10% of nano hectorite (Na<0.7><+>(Si<8>Mg<5.5>Li<0.3>)O<20>(OH)<4>)<0.7><->) and the balance of polylactic acid-glycolic acid (PLGA). By adopting the nano hectorite and the PLGA as the raw materials, the urethra tissue engineering scaffold is prepared through a spinning 3D printing process, and the urethra tissue engineering scaffold contains the specific content of nano hectorite and PLGA, thus can meet the requirements for a microcosmic porousstructure, degradation performance, cell proliferation support and the functional behavior, and meanwhile has good vascular induction performance; compared with a pure PLGA scaffold, the scaffold cansignificantly promote proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, and the proliferation rate in three days is increased to 20%; and a preparation process is simple, and the urethra tissue engineeringscaffold can be widely used for regeneration repair of urethra tissue defects caused by diseases and traumas.
