Abstract

The invention discloses a tubular tissue engineering scaffold with sequential controlled-release multifunctional molecules. The tube wall of the tubular tissue engineering scaffold comprises five stacked layers, namely a first material layer, a second material layer, a third material layer, a fourth material layer and a fifth material layer. Loading of the two kinds of functional molecular is achieved in the same tissue engineering tubular scaffold. Besides, the degradation rate of the scaffold is adjusted by controlling the chemical composition and the molecular weight of a scaffold material, so that an electrostatic spinning layer outside the scaffold releases the functional molecules first, microspheres inside the tube wall of the scaffold release the functional molecules later along with degradation of the tube wall, and sequential release of the multifunctional molecules is achieved.
