Abstract

The invention relates to a transgenic method capable of increasing the grease content of nutritive tissue of plants, an expression vector and an application and belongs to the field of genetic engineering. Four genes LEC2, DGAT1, O LEO2 and GAT2 participating different grease synthesis and accumulation processes are selected respectively and linked with proper promoters, multiple monogene/polygene expression vectors are established and are imported into the nutritive tissue of the plants through transfection of agrobacterium tumefaciens, accordingly, ectopic or heterologous expression of the nutritive tissue of plants is realized, and the grease content of the nutritive tissue of plants is increased. Besides, the technology can also be used for increasing production of liposoluble substances related to grease synthesis and accumulation in the nutritive tissue of the plants.
