Abstract

The invention provides a tracheal stent, a tissue engineering trachea adopting the tracheal stent and application of the tracheal stent and tissue engineering trachea. The tracheal stent comprises a plurality of supporting rings which are arranged at intervals, wherein a hollow reticular supporting part is arranged between adjacent supporting rings. The tracheal stent has the advantages of excellent supporting capacity, relatively good cartilage which is identified by a dyeing means can be formed within two weeks and can be directly used for transplanting, while the stent reported in the prior art can be transplanted for at least two months generally; and the tracheal stent in the prior art is cultured in vitro firstly, subcutaneously pre-transplanted on animals and then is taken out for transplanting, but the cartilage formed by virtue of the tracheal stent within two weeks can be transplanted without animal subcutaneous pre-transplanting.
