Abstract

The tracheal stent is characterized by comprising the step of utilizing the tracheal stent which is manufactured by one-time molding of a degradable monofilament, the tracheal stent comprises a circular tube part and at least one transverse pipeline positioned on one side wall of the circular tube part, the transverse pipeline is internally provided with a degradable tissue engineering tracheal cartilage ring stent, and degradable coatings are arranged on the inner wall of the circular tube part; a total of two layers of the degradable coatings are arranged, wherein one layer is a degradable cytoskeleton layer, the other layer is a degradable temporary isolation layer, the degradable temporary isolation layer is arranged on the inner wall of the circular tube part, and the degradable cytoskeleton layer is arranged on another degradable cytoskeleton layer. The tracheal stent for the tracheal coloboma operation treatment can be used for epithelium implantation and tracheal cartilage cell implantation, is also suitable for revascularization, and above all, can further be degraded in vivo fully, so that the tracheal stent does not generate long-term side effects under the condition of guaranteeing short-term efficacy.
