The present invention prepares fimbrin-titanium net complex with medical titanium net as support material and fimbrin to form coating. Fimbrin has excellent biocompatibility and can promote the growth of fibroblast and mucosa cell, speed healing, reduce complications. Clinically, the present invention is used in repairing trachea default. The present invention is significant in the research of fimbrin in promoting repair of trachea mucosa, reconstructing trachea default and reducing complications during reconstructing trachea default.
