Abstract
The invention provides a tissue repair material with the oxygen release ability, a preparation method of the tissue repair material and an application of the tissue repair material. The tissue repairmaterial comprises oxygen release particles and organic polymers, the oxygen release particles upconversion nano-particles and photosynthetic bacteria which are conjugated. The preparation method of the tissue repair material includes the steps: firstly, preparing the upconversion nano-particles; modifying surfaces of the upconversion nano-particles; conjugating the upconversion nano-particles onthe surfaces of the photosynthetic bacteria to form bio-conjugates; loading the bio-conjugates through bio-macromolecules to prepare the tissue repair material. The tissue repair material has an in-situ oxygen release function under irradiation of infrared light, so that early tissue repair is facilitated, and the tissue repair material solves the problem that conventional chemical oxygen releaseis uncontrollable and has biotoxicity. The tissue repair material is a porous tissue engineering support material which can efficiently facilitate tissue repair, and the tissue repair material has a wide clinical application prospect.
