Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue engineering transcatheter valve skirt body with a regeneration function. Perivalvular leakage generated after a transcatheter valve is implanted is better avoided. Thetissue engineering transcatheter valve skirt body is characterized in that by means of a tissue engineering method, seed cells are planted on a degradable polymer material support in vitro, a 0.1-0.3m sheet valve skirt is formed through culture, and the transcatheter valve in which the tissue engineering valve skirt is sewn is implanted in an aortic valve stenosis or insufficiency position. Thevalve skirt has growth, reconstruction and regeneration functions, the gaps between calcified plaques or autologous valve leaflets and the valve skirt can be autonomously filled, the degradation rateand the regeneration rate can be adjusted and controlled, and perivalvular leakage can be effectively avoided. According to the tissue engineering transcatheter valve skirt body, different material compositions and structures can be designed, good biocompatibility is achieved, and the tissue engineering transcatheter valve skirt body has broad application prospects in the field of transcatheter aortic valve implantation.
