Abstract
The invention relates to a tissue engineering skin based on an omentum majus acellular matrix and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the tissue engineering skin comprises the following steps of 1, manufacturing support materials of the omentum majus acellular matrix, wherein omentum majus is soaked into a buffer solution containing lauryl sodium sulfate and DNA enzyme for acellular disposal; 2, constructing and cultivating the tissue engineering skin. The invention further provides the tissue engineering skin obtained through the method. Due to the fact that the omentum majus acellular matrix is rich in angiogenic growth factors, and blood capillaries can be promoted to grow into the transplanted tissue engineering skin from a wound surface, the vascularization of the tissue engineering skin and wound surface healing are facilitated, and great significance in clinic application is achieved. In addition, the support material sources are wide, the cost is low, and the operation technology is simple.
