Abstract
The invention discloses tissue engineering skin and a preparation method thereof. The tissue engineering skin is composed of seed cells and a support, and the seed cells are planted on the surface ofthe support and are a mixture of dermal stem cells and epidermal stem cells. The tissue engineering skin can regenerate hair follicle and sebaceous gland, is closer to natural skin and better in effect on skin injury wound surface repair and skin structure regeneration when compared with existing tissue engineering skin and can remarkably reduce formation of wound surface scars and effectively restore skin functions.
