Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a tissue engineering scaffold with a micro-nano-structure. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a high-molecular polymer sample is formed through a molding technology and then placed into a high-pressure container; the high-molecular polymer sample is degradable synthetic macromolecule materials, and the semi-crystallization period is 10-100 min; 2, supercritical fluid is adopted for replacing gas inside the high-pressure container; 3, the high-pressure container is heated and pressurized, and the high-molecular polymer sample is saturated in the high-temperature and high-pressure supercritical fluid atmosphere; 4, rapid pressure relief is performed, wherein rapid pressure relief is performed at first, and then slow pressure relief is performed. Porous foams and bubble surface structures are synchronously prepared through physical foaming agent supercritical fluid foaming, and meanwhile different surface structures are constructed on the three-dimensional structure.
