Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering scaffold material for construction of a bone graft and a preparation method thereof. The scaffold material comprises a decalcified bone and a biodegradable polyelectrolyte, wherein the biodegradable polyelectrolyte is self-assembled on the decalcified bone. The tissue engineering scaffold material can be used for constructing a tissue engineering bone graft.
