Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering scaffold containing natural high-molecular microspheres/nanospheres and a preparation method of the tissue engineering scaffold. The tissue engineering scaffold includes a degradable synthetic material and natural high-molecular microspheres and/or natural high-molecular nanospheres. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a degradable synthetic material in a solvent to obtain a synthetic material solution; adding natural high-molecular microspheres and/or natural high-molecular nanospheres into the synthetic material solution, and performing stirring to obtain a uniform mixed thick liquid; and processing the uniform mixed thick liquid and performing freeze drying to obtain the tissue engineering scaffold. Since the natural high-molecular microspheres and/or natural high-molecular nanospheres are uniformly dispersed in the synthetic material, the uniformity and biocompatibility of the scaffold are obviously improved.
