Abstract
The invention provides a tissue engineering reactor with functions of torsioning and drawing, which comprises a tissue culture cavity, a culture fluid perfusion loop, a first maintaining device and a second maintaining device, a drawing driver of tissue culture and a torsioning driver of the tissue culture, wherein the culture fluid perfusion loop passes through the tissue culture cavity; the first maintaining device and the second maintaining device are arranged in the tissue culture cavity for arranging the tissue culture between the first maintaining device and the second maintaining device; the drawing driver of the tissue culture is coupled with at least one of the first maintaining device and the second maintaining device for driving the maintaining device to make reciprocating motion so as to draw the tissue culture; and the torsioning driver of the tissue culture is coupled with at least one of the first maintaining device and the second maintaining device for driving the maintaining device to rotate, so that the tissue culture arranged between the first maintaining device and the second maintaining device can be twisted. The reactor can load periodical axial drawing, twisting and other mechanical loading on the culture while culturing, and has excellent mass transfer performance and regulating and controlling capability.
