Abstract

The invention provides a tissue engineering reactor with the functions of tension, compression, and rotation of a culture cavity. The tissue engineering reactor comprises a tissue culture cavity (103), a culture solution perfusion circuit which penetrates through the tissue culture cavity (103), a first holding device (108) and a second holding device (108) which are arranged inside the tissue culture cavity (103) and used for arranging tissue culture to be cultured between the first holding device and the second holding device, a tissue culture tension and compression driving device which iscoupled with the first holding device (108) and used for driving the first holding device (108) to do reciprocating motion so as to carry out tension and compression on the tissue culture, and a culture cavity rotation driving device which is coupled with the tissue culture cavity (103) and used for driving the tissue culture cavity (103) to rotate. The tissue engineering reactor can load mechanical loading on the tissue culture such as periodical axial tension and compression, and the like, in the course of culture, and a culture chamber of the reactor is designed in a wall rotating-direct perfusion mode, which ensures good mass transfer performance.
