Abstract
The present invention relates to biological tissue engineering technology, and is especially tissue engineering peripheral nerve for implanting to repair nerve defect and its preparation process. The peripheral nerve implant has seed cell of hair follicle neural crest stem cell induction differentiated neuron-like cell and Schwann cell-like cell mixture, and rack of oligopeptide CDPGYIGSR and CQAASIKVAV modified heterogeneous cell-eliminating nerve-base film tube. The seed cell, especially the neuron-like cell, of the present invention has excellent nerve regeneration promoting effect. The present invention provides nerve implant for tissue engineering and with excellent nerve repairing effect, wide material source, no immunogenicity and other advantages.
