23 Jul Tissue engineering neural restoration material constructed by autologous plasma and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a medical material of tissue engineering and especially relates to a tissue engineering neural restoration material constructed by autologous plasma. The tissue engineering neural restoration material comprises a supporter and seed cells. The supporter is constructed from the autologous plasma containing fibrinogen and a cell growth factor and a condensation product. The seed cells are autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. In the invention, through the supporter, which is used for supporting and cultivating the seed cells, constructed by the autologous plasma containing fibrinogen and the cell growth factor and the condensation product, the seed cells and the supporter are injected into infarct of nervous tissue to form a gel-like scaffold on the basis of the shape of the infarct. The seed cells are adhered to the gel and grow with support and nutrition supply by the scaffold, thereby repairing damaged nervous and enabling biological functions of the nervous to be recovered. The tissue engineering neural restoration material overcomes a problem that mechanical strength a natural material is not enough and solves the problem of anti-host of a scaffold graft.
