Abstract

The invention provides a tissue engineering method for reconstructing whole skin by employing tissues of fetal origin. The tissue engineering method comprises the steps: collecting an allogeneic tissue donor, carrying out window period detection, establishing a database, separating skin seed cells, putting the seed cells into storage after separation, storing at low temperature, modeling, spraying on a three-dimensional stent for culture of skin stem cells, and after 48 hours, carrying out clinical transplantation. An electrostatic spinning nanotechnology and a high voltage electrostatic spinning machine are utilized to prepare the three-dimensional polymeric stent. The method solves the problems of wound covering and skin regeneration at an early stage of large area deep burns, and skin regrafting of scar contracture patients at a burn late stage in a medical clinic, wounds have no cicatrix, and the skin is close to ideal normal skin and has no exclusion.
