Tissue engineering interface modification material, and modification method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue engineering interface modification material and a method for modifying a tissue engineering interface by using the modification material. The modification material disclosed by the invention comprises PEG (Polyethylene Glycol), bacteria or bacterial infection responsive peptide and cell adhesion peptide. Due to the end of the cell adhesion peptide, the modification material has stronger capability for promoting cells to adhere and grow; in the event of suffering from bacterial infection, the bacteria or bacterial infection responsive peptide responds to bacteria, therefore, bacteria are inhibited to form a biological film on the interface. The tissue engineering interface modification material disclosed by the invention has intelligent double responsiveness; in addition, compared with the current interface modification material, the tissue engineering interface modification material disclosed by the invention is multifunctional and intelligent and has wide application prospect.
