Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering heart valve prosthesis, comprising a valve frame, at least two valve leaflets attached to the valve frame and a valve ring; the valve frame is fixed on thevalve ring; the lower edge and the side edge of each valve leaflet are fixed inside the valve frame, wherein each valve leaflet has several small holes which run through the upper and lower surfacesof the valve leaflet; a biological tissue layer is arranged on the surface of the valve leaflet and in the small holes of the valve leaflet; the biological tissue layer packages the valve leaflet andforms a cell-material compound with the valve leaflet; and the biological tissue layer is acquired by an artificial cultivation of the living tissue cells acquired from the organism. The tissue engineering heart valve prosthesis with the technical scheme has high biocompatibility, and once implanted in the human body, the risk of coagulation and inflammation is greatly reduced.
