23 Jul Tissue engineering heart valve bracket and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to a tissue engineering heart valve bracket consisting of an electrostatic spinning valve leaflet bracket and a valve ring. The valve ring and the electrostatic spinning valve leaflet bracket used for internal support are combined to form the tissue engineering heart valve bracket. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a receiving mould and the valve ring respectively; evenly mixing collagen spinning solution and polyurethane spinning solution to obtain electrostatic spinning mixed solution, performing electrostatic spinning of the mixed solution, forming the product on the surface of the mould by the method of electrostatic spinning nano rotary stacking, and demoulding to obtain an electrostatic spinning nano bracket; and finally combining the electrostatic spinning nano bracket and the valve ring and forming to obtain the tissue engineering heart valve bracket. The heart valve bracket of the invention uses composite nano electrostatic spinning materials, possesses good biological compatibility and mechanical property, and is higher in porosity; and the heart valve bracket also has the advantages of simple preparation method, convenient source of raw materials, low cost, environmental friendliness and good economic benefits.
