Abstract
The invention provides a tissue engineering endometrium and a preparation method thereof. The tissue engineering endometrium comprises a functional layer and a basal layer. Compared with the prior art, the tissue engineering endometrium provided by the invention has the advantages that functional cells formed through performing induction culture on mesenchymal stem cells are adopted to respectively prepare cell sheets, the cell density is high, autocrine extracellular matrix is taken as a support, and respective biological properties can be played to a greatest extent. After recombination with collagen or hyaluronic acid, through induction culture of various hormone in vitro, the tissue engineering endometrium with a natural endometrium double-layer structure is formed, and can show characteristics of regular thickening, falling off, regenerating and the like under periodic hormone concentration variation after being implanted into a body, and can achieve functions of a normal endometrium.
