Abstract

The invention relates to a tissue engineering dynamic culture system adopting dynamic mechanical stimulation. The dynamic culture system comprises one or more culture system units, wherein the culture system units comprise a box body, a drive motor, a controller, a rotary bracket, an attraction block, a culture bottle and a rotor; the culture bottle is arranged above the box body, and the bottom of the bottle is just opposite to the drive motor; the rotor is arranged in the culture bottle; at least one of the rotor and the attraction block is made of a magnetic material, and the both attract each other; the controller is in circuit connection with the drive motor; and the controller is provided with a speed control module and can control the drive motor to operate according to a set rotation speed. The culture system provided by the invention can realize common continuous constant shearing force stimulation, and can also produce a cyclically changing stirring speed through program setting, thus providing cyclic dynamic shearing force stimulation for a cultured engineering tissue and further improving the culture effect of the engineering tissue.
