Abstract

The invention relates to a tissue engineering cornea in-vitro culture method and device. The device comprises a supporting mechanism, a pressure adjusting mechanism and a tissue engineering cornea culture mechanism. The supporting mechanism comprises culture chamber supporting frames, first support frame fixing screws, second fixing screws, a motor supporting plate and fifth fixing screws. The tissue engineering cornea culture mechanism comprises culture liquid outlets, culture liquid inlets, a cornea culture chamber main body, third fixing screws, upper sealing plates, lower sealing plates, sealing rings and fourth fixing screws. The eyeball cornea in-vitro full-automatic dynamic culture is achieved by adopting a pressure and perfusion mode, tissue engineering cornea bioreactors can be combined into multiple stations by single stations for large-scale culture and construction, and a conventional manual operation and static state culture mode is completely changed.
