Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering controllable hydraulic bioreactor, which comprises a tank body and a top cover, and is characterized in that a controllable hydraulic system is arranged on the top end of the top cover; a circulating perfusion system is arranged on the lower part of the tank body; a flexible diaphragm is arranged in the tank body to divide the chambers of the tank body and the top cover into a culture chamber and a pressure chamber; and a porous shelf is arranged on the lower part of the culture chamber. According to the bioreactor, key parameters such as colon irritation strength, frequency and acting time are precisely controlled in real time by a hydraulic pressurizing technique and a controllable pressure relief technique so as to realize the shift among different irritation modes; the culture solution inlet and outlet of a culture system realize circulating perfusion culture, therefore the basic operation such as solution exchange in engineering cartilage construction is simplified, and the pollution possible to be caused by repeatedly opening the cover is prevented.
