Abstract
A tissue-engineered cartilage with internal scaffold used as permanent artificial prosthesis with high tissue compatibility is prepared through using the high-stability medical porous high-density polyethene MEDPOR to make an internal scaffold with predefined shape and size, wrapping it by high-biocompatibility biogradable non-woven polyhydroxy acetic acid PGA, dropping the cartilage cells suspension onto it, external culture and implanting it in human body.
