Tissue engineering bone scaffold for patella repair and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue engineering bone scaffold for patella repair, comprising an inner-layer scaffold, a middle-layer scaffold and an outer-layer scaffold, wherein the inner-layer scaffold is a three-dimensional porous scaffold prepared from hydroxypropyl chitosan, the three-dimensional porous scaffold is loaded with fat stem cells and put into a bioreactor for performing subculture for 10 times or more than10 times; the middle-layer scaffold is a porous scaffold prepared from a degradable magnesium alloy material, the porosity of the middle-layer scaffold is 45%, and the middle-layer scaffold is treated by soaking in a first fat stem cell suspension; and the outer-layer scaffold is prepared from the degradable magnesium alloy material, the porosity of the outer-layer scaffold is 20%, and the outer-layer scaffold is treated by soaking in a second fat stem cell suspension. The tissue engineering bone scaffold is layered in arrangement according to the degradation rate of the degradable materials, and improves the success ratio of patella replacing operation. The invention also provides a preparation method of the tissue engineering bone scaffold.
