Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue-engineering bone scaffold capable of locally regulating osteoclasts activity and a preparation method thereof. A tissue-engineering bone material is infiltrated into a diphosphonate solution, so that diphosphonate is compounded on the tissue-engineering bone material. The tissue-engineering bone scaffold prepared by the method is suitable for bone defect repair of a weight-bearing area, the stability of the mechanical property of a grafted bone can be well maintained, and absorption and degradation of a host on the grafted bone material can be inhibited, longer mechanical support can be provided, the diphosphonate can be locally and slowly released, bone absorption caused by osteoclast is locally inhibited, bone generation of osteoblast is facilitated, the osteoclasts activity can be locally regulated, integration of the grafted bone material and a host bone is facilitated, a creeping substitution process of bone repair is facilitated, and the tissue-engineering bone scaffold has great advantages on bone repair.
