Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering bone scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of a cleaning step: performing supercritical fluid cleaning treatment on tissue engineering bone materials for removing soft tissues in the bone materials to obtain an initial bone substrate; a sterilization step: performing supercritical fluid sterilization treatment on the initial bone substrate to obtain a bone substrate; a compounding step: compounding cell factors inside holes of the bone substrate through supercritical fluid to obtain the bonescaffold. The tissue engineering bone scaffold provided by the invention can simultaneously have good mechanical performance and biocompatibility.
