Abstract
The invention discloses a tissue engineering bone research model and a construction method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of (1) cultivating a bone cell in a medium, and after the cell is fused to 80-90%, performing subculture and expanding culture; (2) adjusting the cell density, inoculating the cell on a prepared scaffold carrier, placing the scaffold in the medium and incubating for 20-24 hours; (3) placing the scaffold carrier after incubating in an environment of 1-100 Hz and with amplitude less than and equal to 50 micrometre and intensity less than 1 g, conducting micro-vibration incubating for 30-60 min, and continuing to incubate for 1-21 days at 35-40 DEG C, 5-10% carbon dioxide and saturated humidity. The model can more accurately reflect the development and biological activity returning of the tissue engineered bone construct under the physiological stress environment in vivo.
