Abstract
A tissue-engineered bone containing innervation used for repairing dysostosis with high speed and effect has a carrier scaffold and the seed cells attached to said carrier scaffold to form a bioactive 3D bone tissue structure. Said carrier scaffold is a biodegradable material containing innervation. Said innervation is to implant the sensory nerve tracts into said carrier scaffold. Said seed cell is the stem cell of bone marrow matrix. Its configuring process is also disclosed.
