Abstract
The invention provides a tissue engineering artificial liver-like tissue construction mold and a method for manufacturing the tissue engineering artificial liver-like tissue construction mold. The tissue engineering artificial liver-like tissue construction mold comprises a mold main body, a first height-increasing body and a second height-increasing body, wherein the first height-increasing bodyand the second height-increasing body are matched with the mold main body, the first height-increasing body is placed on the mold main body and is used for increasing the capacity of the mold main body so as to inoculate micro liver cells, and the second height-increasing body is used for fixing a dialysis membrane and separating a cell sodium alginate suspension from an upper layer calcium chloride solution, wherein the calcium chloride solution is added to the upper layer of the dialysis membrane, and the calcium ions can penetrate through the dialysis membrane so as to achieve the gelatinous sodium alginate. Compared to the mold in the prior art, the tissue engineering artificial liver-like tissue construction mold of the present invention has the following characteristic that the aggregated cells are re-assembled by the tissue engineering artificial liver-like tissue construction mold to make the aggregated cells be distributed and arranged in a hepatic lobule imitating hexagon manner, such that the gaps similar to the portal area, the central vein and the liver sinusoid are formed between the micro liver cells so as to easily achieve the in vivo vascularization process and improve the efficacy of the liver cells per unit volume, and so as not to affect the substance exchange efficiency.
