Abstract

The utility model relates to an equipment product in the field of biomedical engineering and aims to provide a device which is specially suitable for planting smooth muscle cells on a tissue-engineered vascular stent material. Through the cell planting device, a traditional method for planting the smooth muscle cells in a stent material pipe cavity is improved. The cell planting device comprises a cell planting tube (1), a cell suspension accommodating barrel (4) and a three-way pipe (5). The tissue-engineered vascular stent material cell planting device has the benefits that under the effect of vacuum suction, the smooth muscle cells are more uniformly planted below an inner membrane from the inner wall of the pipe cavity, and the density of the planted cells is more uniform; the damage to the structure of a stent material intimal layer is smaller when the cell planting device is used for planting the smooth muscle cells, and the quantity of the planted smooth muscle cells can be quantitatively controlled; and the smooth muscle cells are planted by the cell planting device in a (approximately) sterile cell suspension barrel, so that the opportunity of the stent material in contact with the outside is reduced, and the contamination rate of constructing a tissue-engineered blood vessel is reduced. The cell planting device is made of a medical material for clinical use; and the cell planting device is high in safety coefficient and is non-toxic and harmless to the cells and the constructed tissue-engineered blood vessel.
