Abstract
The invention provides a tissue culturing and rapid breeding method of Trifoliumrepens L.. The tissue culturing and rapid breeding method of Trifoliumrepens L. comprises following steps: sterilization of Trifoliumrepens L. seeds, induced differentiation, strong seedling cultivation, rooting culture, and transplanting. According to the tissue culturing and rapid breeding method, growth coefficient of aseptic seedlings of Trifoliumrepens L. obtained via breeding is 2.0 in two months, multiple shoot induced differentiation rate is 95%, average rooting rate is 99%, average transplanting survival rate is 97%, the propagation coefficient of Trifoliumrepens L. is increased greatly, establishment of high-efficiency stable aseptic seedling tissue culturing and rapid breeding technology is realized, and the effective breeding method is provided for seedling detoxification of Trifoliumrepens L., Trifoliumrepens L. genetic engineering modification, and germplasm innovation research.
