Abstract
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to chemistry of high-molecular compounds and a three-dimensional porous composite material and a method for production thereof. Three-dimensional porous composite material is characterized by that it contains a composite frame having a chitosan salt as a polymer matrix and a paired polymer selected from collagen or chondroitin sulphate or chitin. Method of producing three-dimensional porous composite material is characterized by dissolving chitosan in aqueous acid solution, adding collagen, or chondroitin sulphate, or chitin. After homogenous system is obtained, while mixing, foaming agent is added, which is represented by either sodium bicarbonate, or potassium bicarbonate or ammonium bicarbonate, washing the sample to neutral pH and drying. Composite material can be used as components of bone scaffolds, frame for tissue regeneration in vitro and / or in vivo, frames for tissue regeneration, replacement of defects of bone tissue, hemostatic materials, wound coatings, matrices for tissue engineering.EFFECT: group of inventions improves osteoconductivity, porosity, strength and biodegradability of the composite material.5 cl, 3 tbl, 6 dwg
