Abstract
The invention relates to a three-dimensional nanofiber scaffold-cell complex, as well as a construction method and application thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a nanofiber membrane into a carrier with a cavity by utilizing the handmade paper folding technique for later use; S2, selecting another nanofiber membrane, inoculating with embryonic osteoblasts, and adhering to two sides of the nanofiber membrane to obtain a nanofiber membrane 1, wherein the inoculation amount of the embryonic osteoblasts is 3*10<5>-5*10<5> per square centimeter; and S3,laminating the nanofiber membranes 1 layer by layer, and filling the cavity of the carrier with the nanofiber membranes 1, and performing in-vitro cultivation to obtain the three-dimensional nanofiber scaffold-cell complex. The construction method is simple in operation and convenient to popularize and apply; and the three-dimensional nanofiber scaffold-cell complex has a three-dimensional bulk structure, and has a potential application prospect in the bone tissue engineering.
