Three-dimensional electrospun micron fiber scaffold with surface nano structure and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional electrospun micron fiber scaffold with surface nano structure and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps:dissolving a degradable polymer in a specific solvent system to obtain a spinning solution, preparing the spinning solution into micron-scale fibers with an oriented nano-scale groove structure on thesurface through an electrostatic spinning technology, and forming a three-dimensional scaffold. Compared with the traditional electrospun fiber scaffold, the scaffold provided by the invention has astable large-aperture structure, so that the three-dimensional osmotic growth of cells is facilitated; the oriented nano structure on the surface of the fibers is beneficial to cell adhesion and proliferation, so that the fibers have excellent biocompatibility, and a novel fiber material is provided for biomedical fields such as tissue engineering.
