Abstract
The invention discloses compound polysaccharide gels and an electrochemical 3D printing preparation method and application thereof. PH sensitive polysaccharide and temperature sensitive polysaccharide are prepared into solutions correspondingly, the two solutions are mixed uniformly and put at the room temperature, and primary compound polysaccharide gels are formed; an electrochemical cathode and anode are inserted into the primary compound polysaccharide gels together, and the cathode is fixed to a spraying head of a 3D printer; the printing speed, template scale, filling density and deposition time of the 3D printer are set; an electrical signal is controlled to be output through an external power source, and some compound polysaccharide gels are deposited in the moving process of the cathode; and the compound polysaccharide gels obtained in the last step are heated in hot water, and the compound polysaccharide gels which are not deposited are dissolved, so that the final compound polysaccharide gels with the required three-dimensional structure are obtained. The reaction conducted in the preparation method is mild; the preparation process is simple, fast and free of pollution; the damage to the gels is small; the gels with the corresponding three-dimensional structure can be obtained through process control; and the three-dimensional compound polysaccharide gels can be applied to the fields of bioengineering, tissue engineering, food processing, environmental protection and the like.
