Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials and particularly relates to a three-dimensional bracket for slowly releasing Kartogenin and a preparation method thereof. The three-dimensional bracket comprises a synthetic biological material and mesoporous silicon-oxide nano microspheres dispersed in the synthetic biological material, and the Kartogenin is loaded in pore channels of the mesoporous silicon-oxide nano microspheres. The three-dimensional bracket has the beneficial effects that the MSN is adopted for wrapping the KGN and then are dispersed in the synthetic biological material to obtain the three-dimensional bracket, so that the KGN can be stably and slowly released for a long term; in addition, the three-dimensional bracket has a porous structure and better mechanical property and can be widely applied to the field of tissue engineering.
