Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional bone tissue engineering stent based on decalcification treatment and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, preparing acellular bone; then, using a bone tissue decalcification solution to decalcify an acellular bone stent in different degrees, so as to obtain the three-dimensional bone tissue engineering stent with different rigidity. The method has the advantage that the three-dimensional stent material with different rigidity can be prepared under the condition of not changing the microstructure of the three-dimensional stent. The three-dimensional bone tissue engineering stent has the advantages that the biocompatibility is good; the stent is favorable for the sticking, proliferation and differentiation of different types of dry cells; the cost of raw materials is lower, and the preparation is easy.
