Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of biopolymer materials, and particularly relates to a thermotropic shape memory polymer, a preparation method and applications thereof, wherein the thermotropic shape memory polymer comprises a random copolymer, the random copolymer comprises a molecular chain segment entanglement point and a molecular chain segment glassy state, the molecular chain segment entanglement point forms the hard segment structure of the thermotropic shape memory polymer, and the molecular chain segment glassy state forms the soft segment structure of the thermotropic shape memory polymer. The preparation method comprises: providing a polymerization monomer, an initiator and a catalyst; and placing the polymerization monomer, the initiator and the catalyst under a vacuum condition, and carrying out bulk polymerization to prepare the thermotropic shape memory polymer. According to the present invention, the thermotropic shape memory polymer has advantages of wideand adjustable deformation temperature and good shape retention rate, and can meet the requirements of tissue engineering materials in electrospinning technology.
