Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomedicine engineering and provides a test device capable of assisting biological soft tissue cutting by ultrasonic vibration. The test device comprises a base, a computer, a cutter, a soft tissue fixing table, a cutter clamp, a force sensor, a gas cylinder and a lateral guide rail, wherein a data acquisition card is arranged in the computer. The test device is characterized in that the test device further comprises a signal generator, a signal amplifier, a directional guide rod, a push plate and an ultrasonic transducer, and the push plate is fixedly arranged at the front end of the directional guide rod; an ultrasonic vibration cutter head integration is formed through the sequential arrangement of the force sensor, the ultrasonic transducer, the cutter clamp and the cutter on the push plate at the front end of the directional guide rod. Cutting force can be measured by the force sensor in real time, so as to realize the quantitative study of soft tissue cutting. The assistance of ultrasonic vibration in soft tissue cutting can be realized, and the automatic measurement of the whole cutting process is realized under the control of the computer. The test speed and the test precision of the test device are high. A perfect test platform can be provided for the study of an action mechanism between ultrasonic waves and tissues in the tissue cutting process.
