Temperature-sensitive injectable mixed hydrogel

Temperature-sensitive injectable mixed hydrogel

Abstract

The invention relates to a hydrogel obtained through mixing two biodegradable star-shaped poly(lactic-glycolic acid) (PLGA)-methoxypolyethylene glycol (mPEG) copolymers with different molecular weights according to different proportions. One copolymer is the star-shaped PLGA-mPEG copolymer containing 40-66.6% by mass of the PLGA, the other copolymer is the star-shaped PLGA-mPEG copolymer containing 75-90% by mass of the PLGA, and a copolymer mixture obtained through mixing the two copolymers without the temperature sensitivity exists as a free flow liquid at room temperature or less, and rapidly converts to a milky physically-crosslinked hydrogel which cannot flow at a human body temperature, so the mixture has a reversible sol-gel conversion capability; and a mixture obtained through mixing two temperature-sensitive star-shaped copolymers containing 66.6-75% by mass of the PLGA according to an arbitrary ratio also has the sol-gel conversion capability. The vaginal gel can be applied to drug release, cell culture and tissue engineering fields.
